Order Eligibility
Only prepaid orders are eligible for returns and refunds. COD orders cannot be returned.

COD Orders: Not eligible for return or refund
We cannot reverse payments for COD orders as payments are made to third-party courier partners and we do not have the option to reverse them. However, prepaid orders can be refunded to the original payment method.
24-Hour Window
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. No returns accepted after this period.

This policy is in place to avoid abuse and ensure fair processing of genuine return requests. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and raise any return requests within the specified timeframe.

Step 3: Choose refund method (original payment or store credit)
Step 4: Schedule pickup from our logistics partner
Once approved, a pickup executive will visit your delivery location to collect the items.
Return Requirements
Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Opened or consumed items cannot be returned.
Acceptable: Unused, sealed items in original packaging
Not Acceptable: Opened, consumed, or damaged items
Please ensure items are handed over in their original packaging as delivered. Our pickup executive will pack the returning order right at your doorstep. Items will be inspected at our quality check hub before refund processing.
Refund Options
Choose between refund to original payment method or store credits (gift card) at the time of return.
Original Payment Method: Refund processed to the same payment method used for purchase
Store Credit: Receive gift card for future purchases
You can choose your preferred refund option when initiating the return request. Store credits never expire and can be used for any future purchases.
